Love and Infinity: The Core Attributes of the Divine

Love and infinity are two of the main qualities of the divine. God is love and, at the same time, infinity. There’s no difference between these two attributes of God. God is love because it doesn’t withhold its love from any part of its imagination, of its creation. And it’s precisely for this reason that God is also infinite.

God is Mind, God is pure imagination. God is an inexhaustible source of creativity. God is a source from which continuous creation flows. And this creation, this imagination that has no limits, is the infinite nature of the divine.

“However far you may walk, and even if you travel along the entire path, you could never find the boundaries of the soul; so deep is its logos”

– Heraclitus

The Divine’s Eternal Creation

The divine creates eternally, creating infinite forms with which to share its own love. This is what makes God love. God is love because shares love with all of creation. If God didn’t share love with a part of creation, God wouldn’t be infinite, and God wouldn’t be love.

Not giving existence to a part of reality would be equivalent to not being love and not being infinite. But from the divine’s perspective, from God’s point of view, such a choice would be incomprehensible.

The Human Perspective vs. Divine Love

Of course, from a human perspective, from your limited point of view, there are parts of reality that you consider unworthy of love, unworthy of existence. But it’s clear that from the divine point of view, any part of reality is worthy of love.

It’s only from the human point of view that some parts of reality are not worthy of love. Because from the limited human point of view, there are parts of reality that don’t help human survival.

The Perfect Structure of Reality

Very often, we find ourselves criticizing the structure of reality. However, the structure of reality is absolutely perfect. If you had had the opportunity to plan and design reality, you would have created reality in such a way as to benefit yourself. You would have created reality in such a way as to benefit your interests, and the interests of everything you identify with.

But it’s clear that God can’t think in this way. God can’t design reality to benefit a specific part of reality. God is an equanimous Mind with perfect symmetry. God is absolute equanimity, loving any part of its creation in the exact same way. And it’s precisely for this reason that God is love.

The Challenge of Human Love

The task of every human being is to learn to love in the same way that God loves. It’s learning to accept the infinite facets of reality and learning to embrace the infinite manifestations of the divine in earthly form, in the world, in everyday life. This task is not an easy one.

Love as the Path to Higher Consciousness

To access higher levels of consciousness, it’s necessary to learn to love whatever presents itself in your inner state. The main lesson of this whole article is that every aspect of reality is worthy of love. Every aspect of reality is worthy of being loved because it’s part of existence.

I know that from the human point of view, it’s an extremely complicated thing to accept. But this is the divine point of view. Since I discuss mysticism, and the nature of the divine, I can’t avoid making certain statements. Thank you for reading this article. I hope you found it useful and interesting.
